Senior Management Consultant

Aurentor leads business critical transformations where real value is at stake. We embed senior leaders who turn strategy into measurable results, with full accountability for both delivery and commercial impact.

We are now looking for more exceptional consultants to join our team and help deliver the impact our clients rely on. You will work embedded with senior Aurentor colleagues and c-suite leaders, focusing on execution, clarity, and results.

What you will do

• Own delivery for high‑stakes, cross‑functional transformations from design to measurable impact

• Build fact based insights, plans, and steering that create transparency and drive progress

• Work closely with senior Aurentor leaders and client executives to remove obstacles

• Translate analysis into actions that improve margin, cost, growth, or cash outcomes

What we expect

• Five years or more in management consulting or comparable transformation roles

• Strong analytical capability and exceptional delivery skills, able to solve complex problems and drive results independently

• Full accountability for outcomes, from initial scoping to measurable impact

• Clear, concise communication and the ability to maintain momentum with diverse senior stakeholders

Why Aurentor

• A high‑trust and authentic culture where you are expected to be yourself and act with integrity

• A selective senior team without big‑firm politics, giving you broad responsibility and direct leadership opportunities

• Competitive compensation with a clear link between contribution and reward

• Broad, end‑to‑end responsibility where you lead whole outcomes, not isolated components
