Your new team:
As an Implementation Specialist, you are right at the heart of our projects: You translate business requirements into robust technical tracking solutions, implement them, ensure their quality, and turn concepts into fully functioning digital analytics setups. You take full responsibility for digital analytics implementations from initial requirements through to go-live and act as a trusted advisor to our clients throughout the process.
What awaits you:
- You analyze our clients’ requirements and translate business and analytics use cases into technically sound tracking and implementation concepts.
- You develop and document tracking concepts, data models, and data layer requirements and align them with clients and developers.
- You work with tag management systems, implement tracking and third-party tags, and ensure scalable data collection.
- You conduct technical testing, debugging, and data validation and systematically investigate data quality issues.
- You consider consent management, data protection, and technical requirements from the very beginning of the implementation process.
- You work closely with Digital Analysts, Data Engineers, and Project Managers, acting as the technical interface between business and development.
- You actively share your expertise within your team and help develop our standards, best practices, and ways of working.
- Depending on the project, you may also support tool selection, architecture decisions, migrations, and the technical enablement of our clients.
What you can expect:
At FELD M, you won’t work within a traditional agency structure with rigid specializations. We bring together different disciplines and perspectives and see ourselves as The Data Collective.
You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, industries, and technology setups while continuously expanding your expertise. We deliberately work independently of specific tools while bringing many years of expertise and strong partnerships with, among others, Google and Adobe. Our projects range from auditing and optimizing existing implementations to complete new implementations and migrations, as well as complex analytics and data setups.
You also won’t work in isolation: At FELD M, the close connection between business, analytics, and technology is at the core of what we do. This intersection is what makes the role particularly exciting.
What else? We believe in People First and Sustainable Pace. Taking responsibility and delivering high-quality work does not mean constantly operating at full speed. We want to do great work sustainably – together, with mutual support and room for different lifestyles. We are looking for people who are curious, take ownership, and enjoy sharing their expertise. We don’t see job descriptions as rigid checklists. Instead, we want to understand how your experience, interests, and strengths fit the role and what we need as a team.
What you bring along:
- Several years of professional experience in digital analytics, web analytics, tracking, or MarTech implementation
- Strong knowledge of Google Tag Manager
- Experience designing and implementing data layers and tracking concepts
- A solid understanding of client-side and server-side tracking, as well as their respective technical requirements and capabilities
- A solid technical understanding of web technologies, particularly JavaScript
- Experience with testing and data validation of analytics implementations
- An understanding of consent management, data protection, and the technical implications for tracking
- The ability to explain technical concepts clearly to different stakeholders
- A structured, analytical, and quality-oriented approach to your work
- A genuine interest in taking ownership and not just analyzing technical challenges, but implementing solutions yourself
We look forward to meeting you!
