Your mission
Test Planning and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and procedures for W198 Copter equipment, system integration and Overall system with focus on ground testing.
Requirements Analysis: Evaluate test requirements, contribute to their refinement, and ensure they are aligned with project and safety goals.
Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues during testing, ensuring timely solutions are implemented.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of test results, analyse findings, and generate reports for stakeholders.
Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including internal and external customers, to ensure successful test campaigns.

Your profile
Master’s Degree as aviation engineer, electrical engineering, computer engineering or similar
7+ years of professional experience in system bench testing/ equipment testing domain (aviation and/or automotive)
Deep understanding of equipment level testing to UAS level testing including SW, HW and
Professional working experience in environmental testing (DO 160 G, MIL STD 810) and able to define test strategy of product durability and reliability evaluation.
Working know-how of:
Test-driven development, Experience based testing and iterative V – based production development cycle.
