About The Role

Role Overview

We’re seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Experience Designer to join our growing creative team. From strategy and research through to concept to delivery, you’ll combine design thinking, craft, collaboration, and commercial impact to create work that is visionary, award-winning, and outcome-driven.

Above all, you’re an awesome human who loves being surrounded by — and collaborating with — smart, talented folks in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Apply creative problem-solving and human-centered design thinking to all tasks.
Create compelling presentations and communicate the reasoning behind your work to all audiences.
Collaborate across disciplines to refine designs, address technical trade-offs, and ensure a high-quality, polished launch..
Intimate knowledge of working with Figma and other collaboration tools to build a single source of truth, allowing for real-time feedback and direct access to design specs.
