You’ll lead multiple teams focused on dedicated areas of the product, own the execution of the team, take stake in creating an achievable roadmap, establish a bottom-up culture, stay close enough to the tech to help make design decisions, and be an awesome person to work with
Lead, grow, and mentor a globally distributed team of database internals engineers. You own hiring, performance management, career development, and team health
Own team execution and set the technical roadmap with Product, owning prioritization, balancing speed, quality, and long-term maintainability
Partner closely with the Platform Engineering team and other engineering leaders to build a world-class experience for our customers on Tiger Cloud
Engage with high-value customers on escalations and elevated technical needs, translating their experiences into priorities for your team
