Shape governance, guidance and standards for effective and responsible end-user technology use.

Develop training programs that help colleagues confidently use Copilot, GenAI, Power Automate and other low-code/no-code solutions.

Partner with super users across BSO to share knowledge, solve challenges and improve ways of working.

Run engagement activities that help teams build, rebuild and inspire new approaches to individual productivity.

Facilitate super user forums, encouraging knowledge sharing, feedback loops and practical examples of a digital mindset across BSO.

Assess emerging digital opportunities and usage patterns, helping teams identify where technology can create value safely and responsibly.

Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure alignment and clear distinction between end-user experimentation and formally developed product solutions.

This role is based in Billund and no relocation support is offered for this role.
