About the Team

The DevOps Engineering team keeps our cloud environments reliable, available, and high-performing — enabling smooth releases and infrastructure that scales with a large scale SaaS platform.
We focus on helping product teams ship quickly and safely, aligning infrastructure with Workday's standards, and automating as much of the software delivery lifecycle as possible. Going forward, we'll keep deepening automation, expanding observability, and driving consistency across environments.
We're a distributed team across the US and Vietnam that operates as one — with real ownership, high accountability, and meaningful, technically challenging work. If you value autonomy, collaborative problem-solving, and improving how complex systems run in production, you'll fit right in.

About the Role

• Participate in an on-call rotation, responding to incidents, driving timely remediation, and contributing to follow-up improvements

• Partner closely with development teams to support their infrastructure needs, improve developer experience, and remove friction from the delivery pipeline

• Evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and practices that improve reliability, security, and operational efficiency

• Other duties which are assigned by the Employer or authorized person of the Employer.
