At Camber, we’re building systems that actually work for clinicians—because healthcare deserves better software. As a Senior Data Engineer, you’ll be hands-on with the backbone of that system: the infrastructure and pipelines that keep everything flowing smoothly, scalably, and reliably
This role isn’t just about writing great code (though that’s part of it). It’s about helping us make smart decisions as we scale, both technically and strategically. You’ll partner closely with other engineers, analysts, and product teams to build data systems we can trust, evolve, and understand. You’ll also be a mentor and be a thought partner as we grow the team
Design and build a platform that is reliable, observable, and scalable
Drive the strategy behind our data architecture and tooling
Collaborate across the company with product, reporting, and platform teams to deliver the right data at the right time
Level up the organization by mentoring other engineers, establishing best practices, and contributing to a high-trust culture
Deliver incremental improvements, especially when things feel ambiguous or messy
Stay adaptable and flexible. We’re a startup, and that means things change fast!
