Senior CRM Developer (Consultant) – Microsoft Dynamics 365

Join Nemely – Where You Grow, Lead, and Make a Real Impact

At Nemely, we believe work should feel meaningful.

We are not just building CRM solutions — we are helping companies transform how they operate, connect with their customers, and grow. And we do it together, as a team that genuinely cares about each other, our clients, and the quality of what we deliver.

We are now looking for a Senior CRM Developer who wants more than just a development role. Someone who wants to step into a consultant mindset — working closely with clients, leading technical decisions, and being part of something we are building long-term.

If you are someone who:

• Takes ownership
• Enjoys solving real business problems
• Likes guiding others and sharing knowledge
• And wants to grow alongside a company

Then this might be the right place for you.

About Nemely

At Nemely, we are building something that goes beyond traditional consulting.

We specialize in delivering modern CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft Power Platform, helping our clients streamline operations and create real business impact.

What sets us apart is how we work.

We believe in ownership, collaboration, and staying curious. We work closely with our clients, challenge ideas, and focus on building solutions that actually make a difference.

We are also committed to staying at the forefront of technology. That means actively using AI and modern tools to build smarter, faster, and more effective solutions — and encouraging our team to continuously learn and evolve.

At the same time, we are building a company where people want to stay.
A place where your ideas matter, your growth is supported, and you are trusted to take initiative.

We are growing, which means you won’t just be joining a company —
you’ll be helping shape it.

About the Role

As a Senior CRM Developer, you will work closely with both customers and internal team to design, build, and deliver scalable CRM solutions. You will take ownership of technical implementations, guide other developers, and ensure best practices across projects.

You are comfortable stepping into architectural discussions when needed, while still enjoying being deeply involved in hands-on development.

What You Will Do

• Design and develop solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform
• Lead technical implementation in customer projects
• Act as a technical mentor and support for the development team
• Collaborate directly with customers to understand requirements and translate them into solutions
• Drive best practices around development, integrations, and solution architecture
• Build and maintain integrations with external systems (APIs, Azure services, etc.)
• Contribute to internal products and reusable solution components
• Support deployment processes, CI/CD, and overall solution lifecycle

What We’re Looking For

We believe you are a senior developer who combines strong technical skills with a collaborative and solution-oriented mindset.

Experience & Skills

• Solid experience with Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement) and/or Power Platform
• Strong development skills in C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience with Dataverse, plugins, custom APIs, and integrations
• Familiarity with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, etc.)
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and modern development practices
• Understanding of solution design, scalability, and maintainability
• Experience working with AI, both as a development tool and implementing AI-driven functionality

Personal Qualities

• Comfortable working directly with customers
• Natural technical leader who enjoys supporting and guiding others
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
• Communicative, pragmatic, and delivery-focused
• Positive attitude and team-oriented approach
