Process Automation & Optimization: Identify structural bottlenecks in CPQ and Order Management workflows, automating business-critical processes via Flow and custom logic to decrease transaction cycle times.
Release Management & Code Quality: Drive release engineering using GitHub and modern AI-assisted coding tools, upholding rigorous test coverage, peer reviews, and governance across all sandboxes and production deployments.
Operational Stability: Actively monitor production performance, lead troubleshooting for complex defects, and participate in on-call rotations to maintain platform availability and system uptime.

WHAT YOU BRING

Salesforce Core Engineering Expertise: Advanced proficiency in programmatic Salesforce development, including custom Apex logic, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and complex declarative automation tools (Flows).
API Integration & Enterprise Architecture: Deep hands-on experience designing and implementing secure REST/SOAP web services, Single Sign-On (SSO), and connecting third-party enterprise applications to Sales Cloud and Communities platforms.
Modern Developer Tooling: Proven skill in managing source code versioning using Git/GitHub workflows, leveraging modern AI-assisted development tools, and navigating end-to-end CI/CD deployment pipelines.
Analytical Problem Solving & Technical Leadership: Ability to analyze complex data structures, diagnose enterprise system bottlenecks, and articulate technical solutions clearly to cross-functional business partners.
