Sales Manager (Retail)

Join Tylko, Where Design Meets Technology

Founded in Warsaw, Poland, in 2015, Tylko is redefining how we design, shop for, and experience furniture. Frustrated by mass-produced, one-size-fits-all solutions, the team created something smarter: bespoke storage that balances cutting-edge technology, premium craftsmanship, and sustainable production.

With millimetre-perfect precision, every piece is made-to-order and crafted locally, minimising waste and maximising longevity. The result? A new standard in furniture – one that fits your space, your style, and your life.

Why It Matters

We’re not just building furniture. We’re changing how people think about living with it. By merging technology and design, we help people create spaces that truly reflect who they are. If you believe that good design can make everyday life better, you’ll feel right at home here.

How We Work

We believe in small teams, big ideas, and simple processes. No endless paperwork, no silos. Just open communication, shared goals, and a healthy dose of curiosity. We start small, think big, and move fast, because progress always beats perfection.

At Tylko, collaboration and trust aren’t buzzwords — they’re how we work. From day one, you’re part of a team that makes real decisions and brings them to life together. You’ll have the freedom to share ideas, turn them into action, and shape the space around you literally. Here, learning isn’t a bonus. It’s part of the job.

AI is part of how we work - it's not an add-on here. We treat it like any other tool worth knowing: it helps us think, decide, and move faster. We're not looking for people who "know AI" - we're looking for people curious enough to rethink how they work altogether. You don't need to be an expert on day one - you need the drive to grow.

About the Role

As our Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in scaling Tylko’s physical retail across European markets. You’ll turn a growing network of locations into one high-performing sales organisation — setting clear standards, building strong teams, and making sure every customer gets an exceptional Tylko experience.

You’ll own the day-to-day performance of our stores, from hitting sales targets to developing the people behind them. You’ll build repeatable ways of working, create clear growth paths for retail talent, and turn commercial strategy into action on the shop floor.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership and impact. You’ll work closely with teams across Tylko to shape how we sell, how we grow our retail presence, and ultimately how customers experience our brand in the real world.

What You’ll Do

You’ll take ownership, make things happen, and see your impact. Specifically, you will:

• Own sales performance across our stores, kiosks, and partner showrooms, setting clear targets and driving results

• Lead and grow retail teams, including scheduling, performance management, and hiring

• Build scalable sales standards and customer journeys that deliver a consistent Tylko experience across locations

• Develop onboarding and career paths that help retail talent succeed and grow with us

• Own incentive and bonus schemes, ensuring they support performance and are delivered accurately and on time

• Plan and monitor retail budgets, including people and local promotional spend

• Partner cross-functionally with e-commerce, marketing, and customer care to improve commercial performance and customer experience

• Build staffing and hiring plans to ensure our teams are ready to support new market openings

Why Tylko?

Being a part of the Tylko team goes beyond clocking in every day. We celebrate inclusivity and work together to build a culture of happy, healthy employees who are truly heard. We provide:

• One bonus day off every month (in addition to regular days off)

• Comprehensive healthcare

• Multisport card

• A generous discount on all Tylko products

• A dog-friendly office!

What we’re looking for:

• +5 years of experience in multi-site retail sales management with full accountability for targets

• Experience working at the intersection of retail and e-commerce, with a clear understanding of how the two channels influence each other

• Proven track record in leading and developing store teams across multiple locations

• Strong commercial analytics skills with the ability to interpret conversion, traffic, and margin mix data

• Active user of AI tools for automating reporting, data analysis, and workflow optimization

• Fluency in English (C1)

• Fluency in Polish (C1)

• Working in our Warsaw office 3 days a week
