The Opportunity
Scalepex is looking for a driven Sales Manager to help accelerate our next stage of growth.
This is a hands-on business development role focused primarily on winning new clients, opening new accounts, and generating revenue. We are looking for someone who enjoys prospecting, building relationships with senior decision-makers, and turning conversations into long-term client partnerships.

- Prospect and build relationships with executives and decision-makers across target accounts.
- Generate opportunities through outbound calling, email, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and industry relationships.
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand client challenges, hiring needs, operational requirements, and growth initiatives.
- Position Scalepex's U.S. and Mexico delivery capabilities as strategic solutions for clients looking to scale while controlling costs.
- Sell consulting, technology, professional staffing, nearshore, and BPO solutions.
- Develop proposals, pricing, presentations, and customized client solutions.
- Negotiate agreements and move opportunities from initial conversation through close.
- Partner closely with recruiting, operations, and leadership to ensure successful delivery.
- Expand relationships after the initial sale and identify additional opportunities within client organizations.
- Maintain accurate pipeline activity, forecasts, and sales metrics.
- Represent Scalepex at networking events, client meetings, conferences, and other business development opportunities.
