- Someone who is humble, driven, proactive and passionate about continuous improvement
- If you come from a construction background or construction materials background - this would be ideal
Benefits
- £80,000 - £100,000 basic salary
- Uncapped commission opportunity (up to 25%)
- £750 per month car allowance (£9,000 per year)

- Genuine autonomy and influence at board level
- Opportunity to shape the future of a growing business
If you're a strategic sales leader who thrives on building teams, driving performance and creating sustainable growth, we'd love to hear from you.
