Skyflow is looking for a highly motivated, ambitious, results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to accelerate growth across the US and/or EMEA markets. Based in India, you will play a critical role in generating pipeline by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers across enterprise accounts—with outbound cold calling as your primary skill.
***This is a phone-first role for someone who is energized by live conversations, comfortable dialing in real volume, and confident adapting their approach for both US and/or EMEA buyers.
An exciting opportunity to work closely with Sales, Marketing, and senior leadership while gaining exposure to a fast-growing, fast-moving SaaS company serving some of the world's leading organizations. You'll be at the forefront of our outbound sales efforts, helping create new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
Generate qualified pipeline opportunities for the US and/or EMEA sales teams through high-volume outbound cold calling, supported by email, LinkedIn, and other multi-channel prospecting.
Consistently dial in real volume — comfortably working through 100 or more calls a day if required— while staying sharp, personalized, and on-message on every call, not just going through the motions.
Research, identify, and engage decision-makers across enterprise and mid-market organizations in both the US and/or EMEA.
Adapt your pitch, tone, and objection handling in real time based on who's on the other end of the call, including cultural and communication differences between US and/or EMEA buyers.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective customers.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives, handing off clean, well-documented context.
Develop a strong understanding of Skyflow's products, solutions, and value proposition — including how AI and emerging technology are changing how companies think about sensitive data — and bring that knowledge into your conversations.
Collaborate closely with Marketing to optimize messaging, campaigns, and lead-generation strategies.
Work cross-functionally with Sales and Customer Success teams to identify target accounts and expansion opportunities.
Maintain accurate prospect and activity records in Salesforce and other sales tools.
Actively seek out and apply coaching and call feedback — treating every call as a chance to get visibly better.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline generation targets.
3–5 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Lead Generation, or Inside Sales within a B2B SaaS or technology company.
Proven experience prospecting and cold calling into both the US and/or EMEA markets — you understand the cultural and communication differences and can flex your style accordingly.
A proven high-volume cold caller — comfortable and effective dialing 100 or more calls a day and getting real results from that volume.
Communication is your core skill — strong verbal and written English, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders confidently and sound natural on a cold call, not scripted.
Confidence and enthusiasm for making outbound cold calls and conducting high-volume prospecting activities.
Ability to understand customer pain points and articulate Skyflow's value proposition effectively.
Solid IT literacy and genuine interest in emerging technology, including AI — comfortable discussing technology with technical buyers and staying current on where AI is heading.
Coachable and growth-oriented — open to feedback and eager to learn, with a track record of applying coaching quickly.
Thrives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment like Skyflow's — comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
Self-starter mindset with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce and sales engagement tools.
Strong research, prospecting, and account-mapping capabilities.
Intellectual curiosity and a desire to continuously learn about technology, cybersecurity, data privacy, AI, and the financial services and healthcare industries.
Willingness to work shifted hours aligned to US and/or EMEA time zones.
Experience prospecting into enterprise accounts and navigating complex buying committees.
Familiarity with account-based prospecting and multi-threading strategies.
Experience working with modern sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms.
Previous experience in cybersecurity, data privacy, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS environments.
Prior experience specifically calling into US and/or EMEA time zones in the same role.
Remote-first and flexible work culture.
Work directly with experienced sales leaders and executives.
Competitive compensation and performance incentives.
Comprehensive health benefits.
Generous vacation and holiday policies.
Home office expense.
Equity participation in a high-growth company.
Significant career growth opportunities within Sales and Revenue teams.
