Lanterna Education

Hundreds of international schools in EMEA can't find qualified IB teachers. Lanterna solves that. Your job is to open the doors.
Lanterna is a fast growing online education company. We deliver live online IB teaching and tutoring to students and schools in over 80 countries. More than 300 IB schools already work with us, and EMEA is our largest market yet.
We're a team of around 25 people with a flat hierarchy and a genuinely entrepreneurial culture: transparent, ambitious and authentic, with plenty of fun along the way. We're also rebuilding how we work around AI from the ground up, and everyone in the company is part of that.
You'll generate qualified pipeline for our Account Executives across EMEA. This is a high activity, high autonomy role: half your time on the road at conferences and school visits, half running a modern, AI powered outreach engine from our HQ in Stockholm.
The target is concrete: around 20 qualified meetings per month with schools in our ideal customer profile. Hitting that takes serious volume across calls, emails, LinkedIn, school visits and creative plays. Your pipeline is reviewed weekly and your commission is built on it.
Run multi channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, in person) to IB Coordinators, Principals and Heads of School
Build and continuously improve your own AI assisted prospecting system: research, list building, personalization, follow up. We expect you to automate the repetitive work so your hours go into conversations
Travel roughly half your time: international conferences, trade shows and independent school visits across EMEA
Qualify hard. Understand a school's staffing challenges and book only the meetings our AEs can win
Feed market intelligence from the ground back to the team to sharpen our product and marketing
Activity driven. You know pipeline is a numbers game and you like the scoreboard. Daily outreach volume doesn't drain you, it drives you
AI first. You already use AI to work faster and you want to build with it, not just prompt it. This is the trait we hire hardest for
A resilient self starter, comfortable taking calls from airports, managing your own calendar and staying structured on the move
A natural relationship builder who inspires trust with everyone from a senior Principal to a junior administrator
Ambitious. You see this role as a fast track to Account Executive or team leadership, and you intend to earn it
Fluent English with excellent presentation skills
Right to work in the EU and to travel freely across the EMEA region
A valid driving license
Comfortable with CRM tools (we run HubSpot) and modern AI tools
You're an IB graduate
Previous B2B sales or SDR experience
Additional languages relevant to the region (French, Spanish, German, Arabic)
A background in teaching or education
Extensive travel across Europe and beyond
Sales training and close mentorship from senior AEs, with a fast track to an AE role for the right person
Competitive base salary plus a commission structure tied to your meeting targets
A flat, transparent, entrepreneurial team that moves fast
