Apply📋 Job title: Sales Development Representative - DACH Market (German Speaking)
👥 Team: Sales
📍 Location: Hybrid work model from Munich, Germany
Dcycle is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company that simplifies sustainability by making it transparent and easy to manage. We help businesses store and manage their non-financial data in one system, cutting through regulatory, financial, and technical complexities. With four years of exponential growth, we are empowering companies to streamline processes, stay competitive, and take control of their information. Our team is innovative, driven, and passionate about helping companies improve their competitive edge. Join us if you are hungry for a challenge.
You will hit the ground running from our Munich office. Within your first weeks, you will dive into real sustainability cases, not theoretical exercises. Think: identifying buyer personas for upcoming DACH campaigns, mastering the contactability strategy that is already generating meetings across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, or analysing which outbound sequences are converting best in German-speaking markets. You will learn by doing, with direct access to teammates across Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, and Customer Success.
You will see how we work. Dcycle moves fast. You might spend your morning researching and qualifying target companies in the DACH region, your afternoon on discovery calls learning to uncover pain points without giving away the solution, and wrap up the day refining your pitch based on real objections from German prospects. We do not just welcome ideas; we expect them. If you spot a better way to qualify leads or engage DACH prospects, you own fixing it.
You will build real expertise. By month three, you will understand the ESG landscape, our product inside-out, and how to sell meetings as practical masterclasses rather than sales pitches, all while navigating the nuances of DACH business culture. You will have shipped meaningful work, whether that is booking qualified meetings with German-speaking prospects, identifying new buyer personas, or improving our outbound battlecard based on what you are hearing in conversations.
You will grow fast. At Dcycle, responsibility is not rationed out slowly. If you can handle it, you will get it. By six months, you will look back and barely recognise how much you have learned. We will give you real problems, trust you to solve them, and coach you when you need it.

At Dcycle, we build ESG software that helps companies take control of their non-financial data: one system of record to collect, verify, and report with clarity.
We cut through regulatory, financial, and technical noise so sustainability is transparent, actionable, and easy to manage.
After four years of fast growth, our platform has empowered over 500 companies to take control of their non-financial data, enabling more informed decisions and streamlined processes. In 2025 we are tripling revenue and scaling internationally; your work will help companies across the DACH region have greater control of their information and work better within their teams, across Europe.
We are a no-bullshit, high-ownership team: challenge ideas, bring fresh perspectives, sweat the details, and grow fast professionally and personally. If you want to build the infrastructure for sustainable business, this is where you will do it.
Our office culture is built on mutual respect; nobody gets stepped on here. We collaborate across teams, and we ensure that our employees are taken care of so they can do their best work. Your well-being matters to us because when you are at your best, the company thrives.
That said, we hold ourselves to high standards. The challenges we face are big, and we work hard with motivation and determination, always putting the company's interests first. Success is celebrated as a team, and we also support each other through the tougher moments, because we know we are all in it together.
We are #1: Driven by growth, passionate, energetic, and always ready to embrace challenges. Willing to put in the effort to improve and get better.
We fix what's broken: Ownership means taking responsibility not only for the outcomes but also for the journey, identifying problems, creating solutions, and driving results with dedication and accountability.
We take humour seriously: We are a close-knit team, and it is a pleasure to be surrounded by our own. We come to work not just to succeed, but to enjoy our time together and have fun.
We are intelligent: We learn quickly, adapt easily, and are technical experts in our field, guided by common sense. We combine expertise with practical thinking to make smart decisions and solve problems efficiently.
We don't like Bullshit: We know honesty, passion, trust, and transparency are what get us where we want to go. Transparency is about communicating clearly, sharing our mistakes, being real about our challenges. This holds us accountable and creates genuine connections between us. We want genuine humans who are the same at the office as they are outside of it: ambitious, curious, a bit chaotic, weird in the best way, and very human. No masks, no filters, not polished corporate versions.
What is the hiring process like? It is tough but fair. We want to make sure you are a great fit, so we will assess your technical skills, values, and potential. We provide feedback within 2 days and aim to move quickly.
How can I prepare for the interview process? We recommend reviewing the job description thoroughly, researching our company culture, and preparing for both technical and behavioural interview questions. Practice technical tasks to be ready for any technical rounds.
Can I apply if I am outside of Germany? If you have a valid work permit for Germany and are willing to relocate to Munich, we are happy to consider your application. We are unable to sponsor visas at this time.
Can I apply for multiple positions at once? Yes, you are welcome to apply for multiple positions that align with your skills and interests. We will assess your suitability for each role and reach out if there is a match.
