Sales Development Representative (SDR/BDR) - Nordics

🌱 About us

Greenly was founded in 2019 by Alexis, Matthieu and Arnaud with one mission: make carbon management as essential as financial management.

Today, we are a global leader in carbon accounting, proudly B-Corp certified and part of the French Tech 120. Our climate suite combines smart data collection with intuitive automation, helping companies measure, reduce, and report their emissions with ease — supported at every step by our in-house climate experts. 💚

More than 3,500 companies in 20+ countries use Greenly to manage their climate strategy: from carbon assessments and life-cycle analyses to SBTi trajectories and compliance with CSRD and CBAM.

We are now a team of 200+ people from 40+ nationalities, based in Paris, London, Barcelona, and New York. 🌎

To date, we’ve tracked over 200 million tons of CO₂ through our platform. Our next milestone: 10,000 clients and one billion tons of CO2 under management.

🌱 Our Values

• Ambition for climate: Minimize GHG emissions, maximize climate impact

• Deliver with agility: Work in small increments: fail fast, learn fast, win fast

• Own your opportunities: Achieve outstanding results by showing initiative and accountability

This is a team where you learn fast, move fast, and grow fast! 🚀

🌱 About the role

We’re looking for a driven and curious SDR to fuel our growth in the Nordic market.
Your role: identify high-potential companies, engage decision-makers, understand their needs, and qualify opportunities for the Account Executives.

This is a hands-on commercial role with big impact on company revenue and great career growth opportunities! 💼

In your first months, you will:

• Identify & map ideal prospects within the international market 🎯

• Master outreach across all channels: cold calls, email sequences, LinkedIn, events ☎️

• Deliver strong pitches and adapt your message based on prospect needs

• Qualify inbound and outbound leads using clear frameworks

• Maintain a clean CRM and follow your KPIs with ownership

• Collaborate closely with your Team Lead and AEs on pipeline strategy

• Contribute to internal projects to improve scripts, processes, and tools 🧩

You will drive:

• A predictable outbound engine for your region

• High-quality handovers to AEs

• Insight loops between prospects, product, and sales

• Continuous improvement: testing outreach angles, messaging, Ideal Client Profiles (ICPs), and tools 📈

What success looks like in your first year:

• You consistently hit or exceed your targets

• You become a top performer on outbound meetings booked

• You contribute to at least one playbook/process improvement

• You are creative and show a real hunter mentality 💥

• You own your successes and mistakes

• You are taking meaningful steps in your career growth journey 🌟

🌱 Skills to succeed

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Already have 1-3 years of concrete Sales experience in a full-time position with outbound calling, and understand the fundamentals of prospecting & qualification

• Show a strong interest in ESG/climate transition and the desire to learn fast about our sector 🌍

• Love picking up the phone and speaking with prospects — hunter mindset 💥

• Demonstrate excellent relational skills: empathy, active listening, and the ability to rephrase needs clearly

• Are structured, organised, and rigorous in managing your time and pipeline

• Are a true team player, motivated by collective success before individual wins

• Learn quickly, welcome feedback, enjoy being challenged and challenge others

• Are fully fluent in Swedish 🇸🇪 or Danish 🇩🇰, and ideally also fluent in English 🇬🇧

Extra points if you:

• Know lead qualification frameworks (BANT, MEDDIC…)

• Have experience in SaaS, climate, or tech environment

• Have been involved in associations, sports teams, or entrepreneurial projects ✨

You might not be a fit if:

• You don’t enjoy outbound calling

• You struggle to show curiosity or to ask the right questions

• You lack dynamism or positive commercial energy ❌

• You tend to prioritise individual wins over team success

• You are not motivated by ESG/climate topics

• You are uncomfortable receiving or applying feedback
