Sales Development Representative

Want to join while we're still building?

Khova is a new brand with a big ambition: help multi-location businesses in retail and hospitality make better decisions where they actually matter, on the floor. We work with retailers, restaurants, hospitality businesses and other multi-location

organisations where every day brings hundreds of small decisions.

What should a manager focus on today? Why is one location outperforming another? Where is something starting to go wrong?

Khova connects the data and tools businesses already use, spots patterns and turns them into clear actions for the people running each location. We're early, we're growing, and we're looking for an SDR who wants to help us build the next stage of Khova, not just step into a playbook somebody else created.

What you'll actually do

You'll help us find and start conversations with the companies and people we want to work with.

That means researching accounts, finding the right decision makers, understanding what might matter to them and figuring out the best way to get their attention.

• Build and qualify new opportunities across our target markets

• Research companies, industries and decision makers

• Create and test outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, phone and new channels

• Experiment with messaging, audiences and approaches, then use what you learn to make the next campaign better

• Use AI to work smarter and faster, from research and data enrichment to scraping, personalisation and sales intelligence

• Spot signals and patterns that can turn a cold account into a relevant conversation

• Work closely with Sales and Marketing on campaigns, events, content and account-based initiatives

• Talk to prospects, understand what's happening in their business and qualify opportunities

• Keep our CRM useful, accurate and up to date

• Share what you're learning from the market so we can improve our positioning and GTM strategy

And yes, you'll pick up the phone too. AI can do a lot, but it still can't have every conversation for you.

Why Khova?

Because you're joining early enough to actually influence what happens next. We're building a new brand, a new category and a new go-to-market motion. You'll work closely with the people making those decisions and have room to test ideas rather than

simply execute someone else's process.

• A lot of ownership from day one, with guidance too. We won't throw you in at the deep end

• The freedom to test, learn and occasionally get things wrong

• Access to AI and modern sales tools to help you work smarter

• Direct collaboration with Sales, Marketing and leadership

• An international team and market

• A competitive compensation package

• Plenty of room to grow as Khova grows

• And a team that still likes getting together for dinners, drinks and the occasional questionable idea.

Genk or Amsterdam, with flexibility

We believe in flexibility, and we don't think great work depends on sitting at the same desk five days a week. At the same time, especially when you're getting started, being together makes a difference. You'll learn faster, hear customer conversations, test ideas with the team and understand Khova much more quickly.

So we'd like you to spend around two days a week in one of our offices in Genk or Amsterdam, particularly during your first months. Outside of that, we're flexible.

One last thing! You don't need to tick every box.

If you're looking for a perfectly finished sales machine with every process already documented, we might not be the right place.

If the idea of joining early, experimenting, using AI to rethink how outbound can be done and helping build that machine sounds exciting, we should probably talk.

We're looking for someone who...

• You have some experience in B2B sales, business development or SaaS and you're ready for an environment where things move quickly. But also, you're eager to learn and grow!

• You like figuring things out. If something doesn't work, your instinct is to understand why, change it and try again.

• AI is your friend. You're already experimenting with it or you're genuinely excited about finding smarter ways to use it. You see AI as a way to research better, move faster and scale good work, not just generate another generic email.

• You're curious. You want to understand how a company works before contacting someone inside it.

• You have a builder mentality. You don't need a 40-page playbook before you start. You're comfortable testing something, learning from it and helping create the playbook along the way.

• You know how to communicate with senior people. Our conversations are often with CEOs,

• COOs and Operations leaders, so you can be concise, relevant and human.

• You're comfortable with targets. Experimentation matters, but so do results.

• You speak excellent English and are comfortable working in an international team.

• Experience with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, outreach platforms, enrichment tools or AI sales tools is a plus. Being curious enough to discover better ones is even better.
