Are you ready to take the next step in your retail career and be part of something bigger? We're looking for a passionate, customer-focused Sales Associate with great energy and a love for helping others to create best-in-class experiences in our stores.

A Bit About Us

At Trek, we're on a mission to change the world by getting more people on bikes. As the leading global manufacturer, distributor, retailer, and wholesaler of cycling products, we tackle real-world problems—like urban congestion, pollution, obesity, and mental health—through the power of cycling.

Sales & Hospitality

• Use our Guide Sales Process to connect customers with the right bikes, gear, and services.

• Develop your sales and customer service skills through training, role-playing, and on-the-job experience.

• Utitlize Lead Lists to stay engaged with customers and drive sales.

• Participate in daily huddles and debriefs to stay aligned with the team.

• Make customer-focused decisions and do the right thing to create positive experiences.

• Respond to phone calls and store emails with professionalism and helpfulness.

• Assist with UBG/Warranty cases—support customers, document exchanges, and coordinate with the Inventory DRI.

Product Knowledge

• Learn about Trek bikes, components, apparel, and technology.

• Maintain Trek University Guide Status by completing required learning modules and continuing education.

Store Operations

• Help with store opening/closing, operate Ascend POS, and complete end-of-day cash-up.

• Perform weekly Cycle Counts for inventory accuracy.

• Assemble or pre-assemble new bikes and assist in preparing customer bikes for service.

• Keep the showroom and back-of-house clean, organized, and efficient.
