Ready to be the make-or-break voice that turns "just looking" into "let's talk"?
We're on the hunt for a sharp, self-driven Sales / Appointment Setter to be the front line of our sales engine. If you love the rush of a hot lead, know how to read buying intent in seconds, and hate letting opportunities slip through the cracks — this is your seat.
Pro tip: Applications with an intro video jump to the top of the pile.
Fully remote — but since it's video-call heavy, you'll want to be comfortable on camera and on the phone.
ROLE SUMMARY
You're not a script-reader. You're not a message-forwarder. You are the first impression a prospect gets of our company — and the difference between a lead that converts and one that goes cold.
Every single day, you'll be in the thick of it:
- A steady stream of inbound inquiries
- Leads ranging from "just browsing" to "ready to buy today"
- Messy or incomplete info you'll need to dig out
- Calendars to juggle and conflicts to solve
- Prospects who need a nudge (or three) to follow through
- Multiple channels demanding fast, sharp responses
Bottom line: you own the pipeline. No lead gets lost on your watch.
Not for everyone: If you need someone tapping you on the shoulder to follow up, or voice calls make you nervous, this isn't your role. We're looking for someone who runs toward the opportunity, not away from it.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES (REAL-WORLD EXECUTION)
- Catch Every Lead, Fast - Jump on inbound inquiries from landing pages, social, email, and beyond. Fill in the gaps, qualify quickly, and never let a hot lead sit.
- Qualify Like a Pro - Sort leads into Tier 1, 2, or 3 based on budget, authority, urgency, and intent. Route the good ones to sales — and flag the scorching-hot ones immediately.
- Own the Calendar - Book discovery calls, coordinate schedules, send reminders, and chase down no-shows until the meeting happens.
- Keep the CRM Airtight - Every interaction, every note, every follow-up date — logged and current. You'll also help migrate our tracker into a full CRM down the line.
- Never Let a Lead Go Cold - Persistent, smart follow-up with warm and stalled prospects. You track things until they're truly resolved — not just until you feel like you've done enough.
- Support Social Selling - Post approved content, monitor DMs and comments, respond to inquiries, and funnel qualified prospects into the pipeline.
- Report What Matters - Track appointments, lead sources, and conversion outcomes. Spot patterns. Flag what's not working.
REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
- Real experience in Sales, Appointment Setting, Inside Sales, or Lead Qualification
- Fluent, confident English — written and spoken
- Comfort (even enjoyment) handling voice-based sales conversations
- Sharp qualification instincts and solid objection-handling
- A track record of managing calendars and scheduling appointments
- CRM and pipeline fluency
- Serious organization and time management chops
- The ability to juggle multiple conversations without dropping details
- A self-starter mentality — you don't wait to be told twice
- Comfort learning new tools and workflows on the fly
TOOLS
- Asana
- Email
- Google Calendar
- Google Workspace / Microsoft Office
- Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- CRM / spreadsheet tracker
WHAT WE VALUE MOST
- You respond to new opportunities like the clock is ticking (because it is)
- You qualify — you don't just forward
- Your pipeline is clean, current, and reliable
- You follow up before anyone has to ask you to
- You sound professional whether you're typing or talking
- You take ownership until the job is actually done
WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT
- A support desk that only answers questions
- A passive scheduler with no qualifying involved
- A social media management gig
- Pure cold-calling with no inbound
- A "forward and forget" lead-passing job
- A fit for anyone uneasy with voice calls or proactive outreach

Show Us You've Got What It Takes
Here's your first real scenario — treat it like the job:
A prospect submits an inquiry through our website asking for more info. On your first call, you learn they have the budget and authority to buy — but they're hesitant because they're comparing a few competitors.
Tell us:
- What do you do in the first 15 minutes of handling this lead?
- How do you qualify them and address their hesitation?
- How do you move them toward booking a discovery call?
- How do you document the interaction?
We care more about how you think than how polished your writing is. Show us your sales instincts.
We're evaluating:
- Sales communication skills
- Lead qualification process
- Decision-making and prioritization
- Follow-up strategy
- Organization and attention to detail
Think you're the one who never lets a lead slip? Let's talk.
