ApplySales and Service Coordinator
Department: Haven
Location: Tyrone, PA (In-Office)
Employment Type: Full-Time and Part-Time
Schedule: Primarily 2nd shift
Pay: Hourly pay plus commission. Most of our full-time coordinators earn $47,000 to $63,000 per year. Nearly a third of our team earns $75,000 to over $100,000. Everyone gets the same leads and the same training. Where you land in that range is set by your work, not by a title, tenure, or anyone's permission.
This is a customer service job that pays like a sales job.
You will be on the phone. All day. Talking with people who just bought a home and are in the middle of one of the most stressful, emotional stretches of their lives. Your job is to guide them: get their utilities switched, their internet scheduled, their movers booked, their security set up, and every question in between answered by someone who actually knows the answer.
This job requires real knowledge. You will study and learn dozens of providers, products, promotions, and the hundred situations that come up around a move: closing dates that slip, service areas that don't line up, transfers versus new accounts, what to do when a provider drops the ball. We train you thoroughly, and you're expected to keep learning until you're the most knowledgeable person a homebuyer talks to all month. Customers can tell within thirty seconds whether they're talking to someone who knows their stuff. Trust follows knowledge. Orders follow trust.

If you don't enjoy working with and serving people, this job is not for you. Not “you can tolerate people.” You have to genuinely care whether the family on the other end of the phone is taken care of, on your fortieth call the same as your first.
If getting a sale is more important to you than doing what's right for the customer, this job is not for you. Not because we make you choose between the two, but because there is no version of this job where pushing pays. Your calls are recorded, reviewed, and scored. Pushed orders cancel, and cancellations come back on your numbers and your pay. What's right for the customer and what earns you the most are the same thing here. We built the pay structure that way on purpose.
That does not make this passive work. Moves run on hard deadlines: electric has to be on before the keys, internet installs book out weeks, movers fill up. Part of serving a customer is making those timelines real to them, asking for the decision, and confirming the order, because an unmade decision becomes a move-in weekend without power. You will drive conversations to a close. The difference is who the urgency serves: pressing because their deadline demands it is the job; pressing just to get the order is what cancels behind you.
This job runs on self-accountability. You'll get paid, thorough training and real coaching. After that, the queue is yours: manage it, chase your own follow-ups, own your mistakes, and hold your work to a standard nobody has to enforce. The people who do best here expect more from themselves than any manager could ask of them. If you need someone else to keep you moving, this job is not for you.
This job is not complicated: no part of it requires a degree or a technical background. But there is a lot to know, and you have to actually learn it: dozens of providers, products, promotions, and the situations that come up around a move. And it is taxing. You can learn the work in weeks; what separates people is bringing full attention and genuine care to the thirtieth call of a shift the way you did to the first. The hours are evenings and Saturdays, the volume is steady, and your results are visible to you and everyone else. What we promise in return: the commitment is worth it. The pay is real, the ceiling is real, and the skills compound.
What we're building
iGo is growing fast, and we never stop raising our own bar on the things that matter most: how completely we serve every buyer, how reliably every promise made on a phone call gets kept, and what we expect of ourselves when nobody's checking. There is no arrival point. Raising that bar is the actual job, and it's why this role exists.
The standard we're building toward is simple to say and hard to live: deliver what we promise, to customers and to each other. When you tell a homebuyer their electric will be on by Friday, that promise has your name on it, and keeping it is the whole job. We're hiring people who take promises that seriously, because a company only becomes that standard one kept promise at a time.
Growth works the same way here, for the company and for you. Not corporate-ladder talk: actual evolution in your craft. Your calls get better, your knowledge gets deeper, your numbers climb, and your pay climbs with them. We promote from within.
If you want to walk into something already finished, this isn't that. If you want your fingerprints on a company as it turns the corner, and to be paid well while you help turn it, this is the job.
Whose skills translate here
This work rewards skills that already exist in jobs that rarely pay for them. If you've worked a bank teller window, a medical scheduling desk, a hotel front desk, an insurance service team, a restaurant, or a classroom, you've already built most of what this job runs on: earning a stranger's trust quickly, keeping details straight under volume, explaining something clearly to a stressed person, and following through on what you said. Those skills translate directly to a high level of success in this work, and here they're attached to commission instead of a ceiling.
Teachers deserve their own mention. If you're hardworking, studious, mature, and great with people, but the earning ceiling in your field has nothing to do with how good you are, this is a job where preparation and care are exactly what gets paid.
The same is true if you've built a career in consultative or relational sales: insurance, financial services, real estate, B2B account management, or any role where the relationship was the asset and repeat business was the proof you did it right. Asking real questions, listening, recommending what actually fits, staying with a customer past the close: that's the entire skillset here, pointed at people who genuinely need what you're coordinating. And relationship-building is not a warm-up act in this work; it's the mechanism. A buyer trusts you, hands you their whole move, and tells their agent about it afterward. If your approach is scripts, pressure, and getting the yes at any cost, everything in this posting has already told you how that goes here.
No sales experience is required. We'll teach you everything else.

Why InspectionGo
InspectionGo (iGo) builds the services and support that make the homebuying experience work: inspection, moving, utilities, security, and everything in between. The heart of all of it is a person who picks up the phone, knows their stuff, and does what they said they'd do. That person is who we're hiring.
We're a fast-growing company proving that great careers can be built in communities like Tyrone, Pennsylvania. Our Haven program helps thousands of families each year get settled into their new homes, and the tools we build exist to make that care faster and better, not to replace it.
This is a commitment to a craft you get better at every week, to families counting on your word, and to a company you help build. If that's the career you're looking for, we'd like to meet you.
