This role is not entry-level. We’re looking for someone who grew up farming, understands soil and crops firsthand, and has proven experience selling directly to farmers. If you don’t know what growers are dealing with in the field, this won’t be the right fit.
Why LaSalle Agri?
LaSalle Agri was built by farmers, for farmers. Since 2008, we’ve been supplying premium pelleted fertilizers across Ontario, helping growers improve soil performance and long-term productivity. Our sales approach is simple: sound agronomy, honest advice, and long-term relationships.
Compensation & Perks

- Performance bonuses and incentives
- Company truck, gas card, and phone
