We collaborate closely with industry leaders like Johnson & Johnson, GSK, Bridgestone, AkzoNobel, Beiersdorf, Oatly, and many more – creating partnerships that drive meaningful impact. With a global presence in Europe, the US and APAC, we’re committed to shaping the future of value chains, one success story at a time.
Within the Supply Chain Planning business unit, we have built up specific expertise in four main areas: Life sciences, Consumer Goods, Chemicals & Industrials. In these industries, we support a range of global leaders in their E2E planning transformation journey such as Bayer, Johnson&Johnson, BASF and Bridgestone.
During these E2E supply chain planning transformations, our experts support our customers in every step of their journey. We partner up to define a vision and review the operating model to create a strong and agile basis for the future.
The Supply Chain Planning business unit designs & implements our customers’ business transformation by defining the future organizational operating model, designing new ways of working & advanced planning systems (APS), feeding their data factory, accelerating their setup towards agile S&OP or guiding them through their end-to-end supply chain planning. We do not work for them but rather with them, and we stand by their side the entire time. That is the only way to make changes stick and flourish.
