Do you enjoy the small things in life and like to create peace in this busy world? Are you creative, full of energy and customer friendliness? Become a Rituals Ambassador at Cygnific and help create a unique atmosphere for our Rituals customer care channels! Please keep on reading!

Job description
In this role as an ambassador, you serve as the listening ear and friendly voice of Rituals. Your primary channels of assistance include phone, social media, and email. Your approach is marked by a genuine desire to provide helpful responses infused with a generous dose of personal attention. Not by mindlessly following a corporate script, but by being genuinely aware, genuinely interacting, helping, and inspiring. Whoever the customer is, as ambassador you give them that relaxed Rituals feeling. Sometimes by reassuring them (‘no, of course we don’t test our products on animals!’). Sometimes by suggesting a great alternative. After all, helping customers isn't just a job for you—it's your favorite ritual. You excel at swiftly finding solutions to problems and strive to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations whenever possible.

Job requirements

• You have at least a higher general secondary education or secondary vocational education degree.

• German and English flow smoothly from your mouth and keyboard.

• You are flexible in working hours and available for 32 hours a week.

• You have creative and customer directed writing skills.

• You are service-oriented, have a talent for teamwork and excellent communication skills.
