Your role with us: More than just sales...
As Regional Sales Manager, you will be the face of Senstar in your region. You will ensure that our perimeter protection sensors and video management systems reach the right people, establish new partnerships, and maintain our existing contacts. In short, you will be the one who ensures that our customers are not only satisfied but delighted! You will have complete freedom to contribute your own ideas and shape your region (Benelux- Belgium, The Netherlands and Luxembourg).
What can you expect from us?
- Delighting customers: You will develop creative solutions and present our portfolio—always with a clear focus on customer needs.

- Strategy is everything: You create plans for your region and manage growth and pipeline to ensure the numbers add up.
- Recognizing trends: You are close to the market, recognize new opportunities, and skillfully use them to expand our partnerships.
- Teamwork: You work closely with our sales and support teams to ensure that everything runs smoothly. Despite our global presence, our decision-making processes are short and you work in an almost family-like environment.
