Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), technical specification, schedules of work, and cost breakdowns in accordance with standard methods of measurement.
Perform quantity take-offs from drawings, specifications, CAD or BIM models using manual and software-based methods.
Conduct value engineering and value analysis to achieve optimum cost without compromising quality and safety.
Conduct price forecasting and inflation adjustments for long‑term projects, and update cost estimates as designs change.
Analyze and checking arithmetical accuracy, compliance, and reasonableness of quantities and rates.
