Develop, implement, and sustain corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes that resolve quality concerns and prevent recurrence.
Maintain and strengthen compliance with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System requirements, while leading external audits and supporting product and process audits through completion of follow-up actions.
Apply engineering and Lean principles to improve manufacturing quality and reliability while supporting APQP initiatives including PFMEA, Control Plans, GR&R, Capability Studies, First Article Inspection (FAI), and ongoing product and process revisions.

YOU HAVE:

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field, along with 5+ years of experience in manufacturing and quality functions.
Experience leading, coaching, or developing others; 2+ years of formal leadership experience is preferred.
Strong customer and supplier management experience, with the ability to communicate effectively on complex quality issues and escalate appropriately when needed.
