About Centerstone Medical Group

Centerstone Medical Group is proud to be one of the largest community-based medical groups in the nation. We support the medical providers who deliver integrated health services across the organizations under Centerstone, including psychiatry, medication-assisted treatment for addiction, crisis stabilization, primary care, home health care, pharmacy, integrated health, and a wide range of specialty care.

We don't do business as usual — we push boundaries and redefine care every day. We take a whole-person approach, integrating primary care, behavioral health, addiction medicine, and dental and pharmacy services to meet people where they are. We don't work in silos — we work as a team, collaborating across disciplines to solve real problems in real time.

We're looking for bold thinkers — physicians, nurse practitioners, psychologists, and dental providers who want to break barriers and rethink healthcare. If you're ready to do more, think bigger, and change lives, we want you on our team.
