Project Procurement Manager

Job Description Summary

The Project Procurement Manager (PPM) is responsible for executing the sourcing deliverables for HRSG (Heat Recovery Steam Generator) MSD (Material Ship Direct) as part of the overall Project Sourcing Scope (MSD, HRSG MSD, BOP) for a project under the governance of the Project Sourcing Manager (PSM).
The PPM partners closely with the PSM to deliver best-in-class sourcing KPIs for HRSG MSD, holds full accountability for HRSG MSD equipment on-time delivery, and shares responsibility for purchase order (PO) placement timeliness. This is achieved through effective collaboration with sourcing peers (GCL, CLS, Buyer, Expeditor) and cross-functional teams.
