- Manage project scope, budget, schedule, change events, RFIs, submittals, procurement status, construction documentation, risk items, and project reporting
- Promote and enforce a strong safety culture, ensuring construction activities are planned and executed with safety, quality, and operational discipline at the forefront
- Lead subcontractor and trade partner coordination, including performance management, issue resolution, sequencing, productivity tracking, and alignment to project milestones
- Serve as a primary client-facing construction leader, maintaining clear communication, building trust, and creating a project experience that supports long-term client relationships
- Coordinate closely with CRB’s integrated design and construction teams to resolve constructability issues, manage field changes, and support efficient project delivery
- Maintain accountability for project financial performance, including cost forecasting, change management, schedule impacts, and timely escalation of risks or constraints
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent construction project management experience
- Minimum of five years of applicable construction project management experience, preferably on large-scale industrial, manufacturing, life sciences, food and beverage, or other technically complex facility projects
- Demonstrated experience managing field construction execution, subcontractor coordination, project schedule, budget, change management, and client-facing project communication

- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, site logistics, trade coordination, RFIs, submittals, procurement, change orders, cost reporting, and schedule management
- Ability to partner effectively with CRB design, engineering, procurement, construction, safety, quality, and commissioning teams
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage trade partners, internal teams, and client stakeholders
