Project Manager

Meet Smarty.

You may not have heard of us, but you've probably benefited from our work. Smarty is a leader in location data intelligence, helping businesses around the world verify, standardize, and enrich their address and location data at scale. When a package reaches the right door or an order ships without a hitch, there's a good chance we helped.

We've built all of this the hard way: self-funded, profitable, and on our own terms. That independence lets us make long-term decisions, invest in our people, and hold a high bar for our work. Now we're growing into our next chapter, and we're looking for builders who want to help shape it.

If you’re the person who sees a big project and thinks, “Give me a whiteboard and 30 minutes,” we should talk. As Project Manager, you'll sit at the center of our engineering work, partnering closely with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and team leads to turn priorities into clear, achievable plans. You'll own project plans, timelines, and dependencies across multiple teams, keep stakeholders informed, and make sure everyone shares the same picture of where things stand. We're counting on you to bring clarity, structure, and momentum: spotting risks before they become problems, driving follow-through, and building delivery practices that help our teams move faster without adding red tape. This role is a great fit for an organized, proactive builder who's comfortable in a technical environment and takes real satisfaction in seeing complex work land on time.

This is an onsite, non-remote opening in Orem, UT.
