Why Advance Your Career at Pinnacle?
Our people are our driving force, vital in realizing our goal of a more reliable world. We prioritize fostering professional growth, offering comprehensive onboarding, training, leadership programs, and continuous learning opportunities. At Pinnacle, you'll expand your horizons across disciplines, collaborating with diverse teams, and participating in the development of leading-edge solutions. Curiosity, engagement, and impact are celebrated traits here. We strive for excellence in everything and seek people who share this drive to join our team. Our collaborative work environment encourages employees to develop the tools and techniques that redefine what reliability means to the industry.

The Impact of a Reliability Data Analyst
As a Reliability Data Analyst (RDA), you’ll be exposed to programs like Mechanical Integrity (MI), Risk Based Inspection (RBI), Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Quantitative Reliability Optimization (QRO), technology development and implementation, and groundbreaking research and development opportunities. You will gain exposure to and will require growth in both project leadership and technical competencies.

People who succeed here do not stay RDAs for long. They grow into Managers, Technical Experts, or Business/Sales-facing leaders — based on strengths, results, and appetite for accountability.

This role is demanding and highly visible. It is designed for people who want to be stretched.

What You’ll Own

• Turn incomplete operational data into clear, defensible reliability recommendations
• Lead customer-facing reliability workstreams from ambiguity to execution
• Identify failure trends, economic tradeoffs, and risk drivers — then decide what matters
• Manage multiple priorities without needing step-by-step direction
• Build trust with customers and internal leaders through consistent follow‑through
• Progressively take on larger scope, harder problems, and greater ownership

Growth Is Expected Here

This role is built for growth — and growth is not optional.

Within 12–18 months, high performers are expected to:

• Take ownership of more complex customers or portfolios
• Influence engagement strategy, not just execution
• Begin developing strengths aligned to one of Pinnacle’s leadership paths:
  • People Leadership & Management
  • Technical Excellence & Reliability Specialization
  • Customer Strategy and Sales

Your manager will support you — but you are expected to drive your own development. Increased autonomy, exposure, and responsibility are earned through performance.

If you are looking for a static role, this is not it.

How You’ll Be Successful

• You move forward even when inputs are messy or incomplete
• You take accountability for outcomes, not just deliverables
• You actively seek feedback and apply it quickly
• You communicate clearly with engineers, operators, and leaders
• You’re motivated by progress, challenge, and increasing responsibility
• You demonstrate humility, curiosity, and a willingness to continuously grow

This Role Is For You If:

• You want a role that will stretch you beyond your current capabilities
• You enjoy learning through real responsibility, not simulations
• You’re motivated by growth, not titles
• You want exposure to customers, leadership, and hard decisions early in your career
• You see this role as a foundation for bigger scope — not a long-term landing spot

This Role Is Not For You If:

• You prefer stable, narrowly defined responsibilities
• You want to “get comfortable” before taking ownership
• You expect growth to be time-based instead of performance-based
• You’re only interested in analysis, not influence or execution
• You want to stay in the same role long-term

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or related Engineering field
• ~4+ years of experience in an industrial or reliability-focused environment
• Comfortable operating with ambiguity and evolving priorities
• Strong communication skills and a bias toward action
• Willingness to travel and adapt to customer needs

(Certifications, CMMS experience, and advanced analytics are valuable — but ownership, judgment, and growth mindset matter more.)

The Pinnacle Way (TPW)

TPW is our definition and accountability to ensure a consistent and effective experience for our customers. TPW includes 4 key elements of the customer experience and it guides the way we work:

We Understand: what the true goals and objectives are for the facility, leaders, and personnel that we engage.  We will also go to great lengths to define the value of our work so we can measure our progress and return that value accordingly

We Solve: whatever problems or obstacles are required to help each customer achieve their reliability goals. It is here that we make sure that we bring all our resources to bear to help that site reach new reliability heights

We Execute: with excellence. This means that our work processes are tight, our quality is high, and our delivery is consistent

We Align: when our team and the customer are operating with a cadence and structure that is clear and consistent, ensuring that our solutions and our execution are moving forward, we are documenting progress, and measuring value

Working Environment

• Conditions may include working inside and/or outside.  May work around office machinery with moving parts and moving objects.  Working near radiant and electrical energy.  Working closely with others or working alone.  Working extended or irregular hours and travelling by all possible modes of transportation.

Physical Job Requirements
