Project Coordination/Administrative Support

Why we love working at PIE:

PIE is a leading business development partner for professional services firms, creating global connections with a distinctly human touch. We provide excellent service for our clients and partners and pride ourselves on delivering the lagniappe (the little extra in a baker’s dozen!). The work we do every day is fascinating - we drive meaningful, intimate conversations among leaders in business, non-profits, and non-government organizations looking to solve their most pressing challenges and learn from peers. Our mission is to make the world smaller and smarter by connecting powerful minds.

Our people are the heart of our business and culture. We are an inclusive, employee-owned company. We come from all over the country and across the state of Montana. We are a community of unique individuals with many lived experiences: former legislators, ski racers, movie producers, Peace Corp volunteers, marketing leaders, and teachers. We are a team of curious self-starters who love to learn. Our culture of belonging invites all our unique experiences to the table, where we innovate, problem-solve, and share a passion for doing great work while living full lives. We work as a team to support each other’s passions and ambitions, both in and out of work. In addition to offering competitive benefits, PIE values and invests in its employees’ health and well-being. We are committed to ongoing education, career development, and training. To nourish our culture and build relationships, PIE holds several annual company gatherings/outings. PIE cares about the communities we live in: we participate in events and programs to strengthen our commitment to inclusivity, engaging in community outreach and volunteering with organizations that support the Gallatin Valley.

PIE’s commitment to Equal Employment Opportunity:

PIE is committed to creating an equitable, inclusive, diverse and sustainable work environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, marital status, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, political affiliation, or veteran status.

We believe that corporations’ bad behavior disproportionately hurts the most marginalized people in society — including people of color, women, and LGBTQ+ people. We believe efforts to make our company more diverse, equitable, and inclusive are central to the success of our business. We strongly encourage applications from people with these identities or who are members of other marginalized communities.
