About Juna AI
We bring cutting-edge AI to the physical world. We operate on the factory floor, which means that you will see your software run on real machines, in real industrial plants. If you want to build AI products that change how the world runs, you will love it here.
Recognised as a leading industrial AI company globally by Gartner and Forbes. Backed by Kleiner Perkins and Norrsken, the investors behind Google, Amazon and Anthropic. Our founders have led engineering teams of up to 2,500 people, launched more than 50 internet companies, and built apps used by over a 100 million people.
Life At Juna AI
We are a small team taking on a massive challenge. Heavy industry accounts for a huge share of global emissions and runs on workflows unchanged in decades. We are building the agents to change that.
We move fast, work face-to-face, and care about outcomes, not optics. This is not for everyone. If you want to work alone with predictable sprints, this will not fit. If you want to ship every day, raise the bar, and never stop learning, it will.
We are a team of people from different backgrounds and identities. We act like owners. We think full-stack. We co-design with our customers. We care for quality and design. We believe a job is done when it’s done well. We are optimists.
What you get
- Close proximity to founders. Work face-to-face with founders who have done this before. You will learn faster here than anywhere else.
- Real influence on strategy. As one of our first engineers, you will shape product direction. Best idea wins, regardless of seniority.
- Low bureaucracy. Lean, autonomous teams. Decisions get made in hours, not weeks. Rapid experimentation is the default.
- Career compounding. As we are a fast growing, seed-stage company, your scope and responsibility grow with the company.
- Meaningful equity and competitive salary. You are one of the first to build this, and you share in the upside.
About The Role
As Product/Platform Engineer at Juna AI, you will work closely with our technical founder to build our core technology. This includes our data processing platform, our agent training and inference engine and beautiful customer facing applications.
We expect you to wear multiple hats, embracing a true full-stack mindset. We believe in quality at all levels, as well as the power of fast iterations and continuous refactoring to create a scalable and clean codebase as the foundation of our long term success.
If you are willing to stretch yourself from AI-, backend-, to frontend- engineering, if you enjoy building high quality, pragmatic code in short iterations, if you can push the boundaries of what is possible with technology, Juna is the right place for you.
