Job Overview

Xendit is looking for a driven Product Manager to lead our risk product suite. Leading a dedicated risk engineering and data science squad, you will own the roadmap and execution for merchant onboarding, transaction fraud prevention, and credit risk models. Your goal is to build scalable infrastructure that minimizes financial loss while providing a seamless experience for legitimate merchants and buyers across Southeast Asia.

Fraud Prevention: Real-time risk engines and machine learning models for payments and portfolio monitoring.
Dispute Management: Chargeback and dispute resolution workflows across all payment channels, ensuring clear, auditable outcomes for merchants and Xendit.
Credit Risk Management: Lending and settlement risk models to assess and mitigate financial exposure related to merchant payout cycles and transactional settlements.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years of Product Management experience, specifically within Fintech, Payments (specially cards acquiring), or Risk domains, including a track record of driving roadmap and execution for cross-functional squads (engineers, data, commercial) through influence rather than formal authority.
