ApplyWe are the people who give possibilities purpose
BD is one of the largest global medical technology companies in the world. Advancing the world of health™ is our Purpose, and it’s no small feat. It takes the imagination and passion of all of us—from design and engineering to the manufacturing and marketing of our billions of MedTech products per year—to look at the impossible and find transformative solutions that turn dreams into possibilities.

Lead the strategy, positioning and growth of BD Pyxis™ and BD ROWA™, two market-leading technologies helping hospitals transform medication management, pharmacy automation and patient safety.
Working across innovative dispensing, automation and software solutions, you'll play a key role in shaping how healthcare providers improve medication safety, efficiency and patient care. This is a highly visible role that combines portfolio strategy, customer engagement and commercial execution, giving you the opportunity to influence business outcomes while partnering with stakeholders across ANZ and globally.
At BD, possibility isn't an idea. It's what we do. We are the Makers of Possible.
As our Product Manager, Dispensing Solutions, you'll lead the localisation and execution of global marketing strategies across our dispensing portfolio, including BD Pyxis™ automated dispensing solutions and BD ROWA™ pharmacy automation technologies. Working closely with sales teams, customers and stakeholders, you'll identify market opportunities, shape go-to-market strategies and drive initiatives that support awareness, adoption and commercial growth across ANZ.
With regular customer interaction and time in the field, you'll gain a deep understanding of healthcare challenges and use those insights to help shape the future direction of our dispensing solutions business.
As the marketing and portfolio lead for BD Pyxis™, BD ROWA™ and related dispensing solutions, you'll work across the full product lifecycle, translating customer insights into commercial strategies that drive growth and strengthen our position in the market.
You're a commercially minded Product Manager who enjoys understanding customer needs, translating insights into strategy and delivering initiatives that drive measurable results. You thrive in collaborative environments and are equally comfortable discussing long-term portfolio direction as you are rolling up your sleeves to execute.
At BD, we are committed to advancing the world of health™. We are a global medical technology company that partners with healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes.
At BD, you'll join a global organisation where career development isn't just talked about, it's demonstrated. Many of our opportunities are filled through internal movement, reflecting our commitment to helping employees build meaningful and long-term careers across functions, business units and geographies.
You'll be surrounded by talented colleagues, exposed to innovative healthcare technologies and supported to continue growing your skills and experience. Whether you're looking to deepen your expertise, broaden your commercial capability or explore future leadership opportunities, you'll find the support and opportunities to do so at BD.
If you're looking for a Product Management role where you can influence strategy, drive commercial outcomes and help shape the future of medication management, we'd love to hear from you.
Apply today and join BD as we continue advancing the world of health™.
