Job Description

Attention all process wizards and manufacturing maestros! We're on the hunt for a Process Engineer extraordinaire to join our dream team in Salisbury. As our new Process Sorcerer, you'll wave your magic wand to optimize our manufacturing processes, turbocharge our efficiency, and ensure our products are so good, they'll make our competitors weep. Due to the top-secret nature of our products, you must be a U.S. citizen.

Ready to embark on a thrilling process engineering adventure? Here's what you'll be conjuring up in your new role:

Become the Gandalf of manufacturing processes, developing, implementing, and maintaining procedures that'll make our production line run smoother than a freshly oiled machine.
Channel your inner Sherlock Holmes to analyze existing processes and recommend improvements that'll have our efficiency skyrocketing and costs plummeting.
Transform into the Shakespeare of process documentation, crafting SOPs, work instructions, and process flow charts so captivating, they'll bring a tear to an engineer's eye.
Design process control systems and quality assurance measures so robust, they could withstand a zombie apocalypse (hey, you never know!).
Be the ultimate team player, collaborating with cross-functional squads to vanquish technical issues and elevate our product quality to superhero status.
Don your detective hat and conduct root cause analysis, implementing corrective actions for process deviations faster than you can say "Eureka!"
Juggle process improvement projects like a circus performer, managing them from wild idea to mind-blowing implementation.
Become the Yoda of production, providing technical support and training that'll turn our staff into process Jedi masters.
Stay on the cutting edge of industry trends and emerging technologies, because in this role, you're not just an engineer – you're an innovation ninja!
Be the guardian of safety regulations and environmental standards, ensuring our workplace is safer than Fort Knox and greener than the Hulk.
Dive into new product development and process scale-up activities with the enthusiasm of a kid in a candy store (or an engineer in a robot factory).

Remember, as a Process Engineer here, you're not just optimizing workflows – you're crafting the future of manufacturing, one ingenious improvement at a time. May the process be with you!

Qualifications

Are you ready to join our process engineering playground? Here's what we're looking for in our next process pro:

A shiny Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Got an advanced degree? Even better! We love overachievers!
At least 5 years of process engineering experience in a Manufacturing Environment. That's half a decade of turning chaos into order!
CNC programming skills that would make a robot jealous, and equipment operation know-how that would impress Tony Stark.
A knack for Electronic Assembly, REF Assembly, Soldering, and PCB board placement. Basically, you should be able to build a spaceship in your sleep!
Quality Systems and ERP systems (like SAP) should be your best friends. You two should hang out all the time!
Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing experience (Yellow or Green Belt preferred). Bonus points if you can explain it to your grandma!
Problem-solving skills sharper than a samurai sword, with a data-driven approach that would make Sherlock Holmes proud.
Communication skills so good, you could explain quantum physics to a five-year-old (and make it fun!).
A superhero-level knowledge of safety regulations and environmental compliance in manufacturing settings. Because saving the world starts in the factory!

If you tick these boxes and you're a U.S. citizen ready for an adventure, we want you on our team! Let's make manufacturing magic together!
