- Analyze client needs and provide smart, creative print solutions that fit their goals.
- Prepare and present accurate cost estimates, converting them into live orders once approved.
- Collaborate with internal teams and outside vendors to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to specification.
- Manage proofs, approvals, and production schedules, keeping clients informed every step of the way.
- Review completed jobs for accuracy and completeness before invoicing.
- Invoice clients promptly and accurately upon job completion.
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with production, design, logistics, and vendor partners to ensure seamless execution.
- Answer client inquiries quickly and professionally, maintaining open communication channels.
- Identify and suggest internal process improvements that enhance quality or efficiency.
- Function as a positive, contributing team member — supporting colleagues and sharing knowledge.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in technical sales, business development, or print account management.
- Solid understanding of print production processes (offset, digital, large format, finishing, bindery).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
