You want to make strategy work. So do we.

TTE Strategy is a multi-award-winning international management consultancy for strategy and transformation– but what defines us is how we work: in co-creation, as partners, shoulder to shoulder with the client’s team, to turn ambitions into lasting value. Founded in 2015, we now have offices in Hamburg, Munich, Stuttgart, Zurich, and the Gulf region and continue to grow.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Principal Leadership Development & Change (m/f/d)

POSSIBLE LOCATIONS:
Hamburg/ Stuttgart/ Munich

YOUR OPPORTUNITY:
A real growth adventure during which your contribution has a tangible impact. A way of consulting that is not only about PowerPoint presentations but results. A place to learn and grow, with an emphasis on what really brings you further – not what’s on a formal development plan. A team that seizes opportunities together.

YOUR PROFILE:
You are an experienced leadership professional who goes beyond providing impulses and enables real, lasting development, guided by a clear understanding of how leadership drives successful transformation. You think systemically, act with empathy, and engage teams on equal footing. You are looking for an environment where strategy does not stop at PowerPoint, but becomes reality through courageous leadership. At TTE, you will find a team that combines excellent strategy consulting with strong values and works with you to elevate Leadership Development and Change to the next level. You contribute to shaping the future of TTE by further developing our leadership offering, coaching clients, and inspiring our internal team in a role that is strategic, impactful, and rich in opportunities to create.

YOUR IMPACT:
You enable sustainable client success by working with empathy, depth, and strategic foresight, developing leaders who drive meaningful change. Always collaboratively, on equal footing, and with a clear focus on real impact — true to our promise of creating results together.

You actively strengthen and expand our consulting offering in Leadership Development and Change, shaping new ways of supporting strategy execution through targeted leadership development. Not as a “nice‑to‑have,” but as a core lever for transformation.

Beyond client work, you invest in the growth of our own consultants, coaching them with clarity, openness, and a genuine interest in shared development. You foster mindset, initiative, and impact in an environment that both inspires and challenges.

Thinking entrepreneurially, you contribute your ideas at a strategic level within our leadership team and actively help shape the future direction of TTE as a boutique strategy consultancy.

OUR COMPASS:
“When I founded TTE, I wanted to build a place where people grow through challenge – not routine. If you’re looking for a place to contribute, learn, and lead – not just deliver – you’re in the right spot.” – Lars Linnekogel, Founder & Managing Partner

We are looking forward to speaking to you!
