- Monitor platform performance, availability, and capacity while proactively resolving infrastructure issues and incidents.
- Implement Azure security best practices including identity management, network segmentation, Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Azure Policy, Key Vault, and Microsoft Sentinel.
- Support disaster recovery, backup validation, business continuity exercises, and operational readiness.
- Produce and maintain architecture documentation, operational runbooks, and technical knowledge articles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver secure, resilient, and highly available cloud platforms.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

- Good understanding of Azure networking, identity, security, and platform services.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, GitLab CI/CD, or similar CI/CD platforms.
- Scripting experience using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
- Experience working within the Singapore Government Technology Stack (SGTS) or Government on Commercial Cloud (GCC) environments.
- Familiarity with regulated cloud environments and governance frameworks such as IM8, CSGF, MTCS SS 584, ISO 27001, or equivalent.
