You’ll work on cloud infrastructure, deployment automation, observability, CI/CD, and internal tooling
The goal is to make development and releases more reliable, efficient, and straightforward
Improve developer experience and engineering productivity by building tools and workflows that make it easier for engineers to develop, test, and ship software
Maintain infrastructure automation with Ansible, Terraform, and Terragrunt
Improve the reliability and performance of our CI/CD workflows
Find the causes of slow builds, failed pipelines, and flaky tests
Develop internal tools, improve test infrastructure, and occasionally work on product features
Improve observability across our infrastructure and delivery workflows using OpenTelemetry, ELK
Leverage AI to improve engineering workflows by building cloud-based agent tools and helping teams adopt effective practices
A “hybrid” environment offering a choice between working in-office, remote, or a mix
Company-paid Health Insurance to support individual and family health
Wellness programs for physical fitness, mental health, and fertility planning
Retirement savings accounts to support investment in your future
Flexible Paid Time Off so employees can shape their time away from the office
Stipends for office and/or gym setup and home internet
Preferred experience
Strong Computer Science and System Design fundamentals
Experience developing and maintaining complex CI/CD workflows
Experience with AWS or another cloud provider
Software development experience, such as building internal tools, APIs, backend services, or automation
Telemetry and monitoring experience (OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Kibana)
Willingness to learn and use Ruby and/or Go
You don’t need to know every technology in our stack. We value strong technical fundamentals, curiosity, and the ability to work on different types of engineering problems
Experience optimizing CI build times, especially with Jenkins
Experience with Docker or Kubernetes
Experience with Ruby, Python, or JavaScript
Familiarity with build systems such as Webpack or Gradle
