We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Platform Architect to join our team
This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between our R&D team and Field Sales Engineering and Customer Success teams
Act as a liaison between the R&D team and Field Sales Engineers and Customer Success teams
Translate technical requirements and feedback between teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
Assist in the deployment and operationalization of complex cloud security solutions
Ensure all components are functioning effectively and integrated smoothly
Utilize strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly
Prioritize tasks efficiently to ensure timely resolution of high-impact issues
Maintain a pleasant and professional relationship with all stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding
Provide expert guidance and support to Field Sales Engineers and Customer Success teams to enhance customer satisfaction
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in cloud security
Provide technical insights and recommendations to improve product features and performance

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of cloud security solutions, and the interpersonal skills to prioritize and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining excellent relationships with all stakeholders
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building strong relationships
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
Certifications in cloud security or related fields (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)) are a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and security solutions
Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex systems and processes
Proven experience as a Solution Architect, preferably in the cloud security domain
