Apply🌟 What we do & why we do it
Founded in 2021 in Osnabrück, Germany, doinstruct is on a mission to empower the backbone of our society - the frontline workforce - by making workplaces safer, more compliant, and more efficient. We don’t just improve training; we redefine how industries onboard and upskill their teams.
The problem? Outdated, inefficient training methods that fail to meet the needs of the deskless workforce - the 80% of global workers overlooked by traditional learning solutions. We saw the gap and built a seamless, mobile-first platform that makes onboarding, training, and compliance effortless, multilingual, and accessible - anytime, anywhere.
At doinstruct, we don’t accept the status quo. We innovate, we challenge, we build. Our vision is bold: Operational excellence for frontline teams starts here. We cut through the noise of clunky, ineffective training with an engaging, user-friendly experience available in 35+ languages - no downloads, no passwords - just instant access to the skills that drive industries forward.
🚀 Join us if you’re ready to build something extraordinary. We’re growing fast and looking for ambitious minds who thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. If you’re passionate about solving big problems, shaping the future of workplace learning, and working alongside a driven team that moves fast and thinks big, doinstruct is where you belong.

The role
Most partnerships roles are measured on how many logos get signed. This one is measured on revenue and credibility per partner. You'll own a deliberately small portfolio: a handful of integration partners, one or two strategic channel plays, and a network of industry experts that doesn't exist yet.
doinstruct builds software that trains and enables frontline teams: the people in plants, logistics hubs, on construction sites and in food production who are hardest to reach with conventional L&D. Series A, 400+ customers, currently opening the US market. Our partners are consultancies and vendors in workplace safety and quality management, at home in the German Mittelstand, and they'll know inside ten minutes whether you understand their world.
Partnerships here used to mean three motions at once, over a hundred partners, and too little time for any of them. We're resetting that and getting specific about each motion. What's left is a short list, and you run it.
You're taking on a one-person function. No team, no SDRs warming up your first conversations, and no playbook for the expert network motion. Part of your first months is telling partners they're no longer a priority. If you want to continue an existing structure, you won't enjoy this.
🎯 What you'll own
Own the handful of integration partners we've already decided to go deep on, end to end.
Build a channel motion with strategic platform partners and get it to the point where their reps have a reason to bring us into the conversation.
Build a network of vertical industry experts from zero: practitioners and operators from food, logistics, construction and manufacturing who refer business and vouch for us inside their industries.
Decide which partnerships aren't worth your time, and have those conversations yourself.
Work with GTM Engineering to turn partner activity into structured signal, so partner context sits in the deal rather than in your head or a spreadsheet.
Keep partner battlecards, positioning and training content current without rewriting them by hand every quarter.
Make partnerships a pipeline source that Sales, Marketing and Customer Experience rely on.
🙋 Who you are
At least three years in a channel or partnerships motion in B2B SaaS, as the core job and not as a side responsibility inside marketing or customer success.
You've taken a partnership from signature to first deal and can walk through the mechanics: which reps you enabled, what incentive they had, where the referral entered the funnel.
You've carried a number yourself, in partnerships or earlier in sales.
You've built relationships with senior stakeholders at much larger platform companies and sat through the slow quarters an integration-led channel motion involves.
Ideally you worked in the Mittelstand, in logistics, in trade or in a production environment before you moved into tech.
You use AI tools daily and have built something with them that takes work off your plate. Which tool doesn't matter.
You're at home in a CRM (HubSpot or similar) and report partner-sourced pipeline as your own number.
German at native or near-native level. Partner and expert conversations happen in German.
🤩 What's different here
You inherit permission to keep the portfolio short. You decide where depth gets built, and you defend that focus when one more logo looks tempting. Whether the role ends up titled Senior Partnerships Manager or Partnerships Lead is something we decide during the process, based on what you bring.
🚀 Why doinstruct
Series A, 400+ customers, under 2% churn. The partnerships you build sit on a product customers keep.
You define this function while it's still malleable. The US expansion is underway. What we build in Europe will travel there as well.
We use AI in the partner work itself, and GTM Engineering is being built as its own function.
