At Deliverect, our API-first platform is revolutionizing commerce by providing a connected suite of on and off-premise solutions. We empower both the food and retail industries to expand their revenue and simplify their operations, creating seamless experiences for businesses to sell anywhere and deliver everywhere. Join us in this exciting journey, where your contributions will directly impact how businesses connect with their customers in a rapidly evolving global market.
Why this isn't your average internship
Deliverect connects third-party delivery platforms (like Uber Eats, Just Eat, Glovo, etc.) to restaurants' POS systems, automating the online order flow. We are a fast-growing SaaS company operating globally, simplifying online food delivery management so restaurants can focus on what they do best: crafting great food.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented Partner Trainee fluent in Italian to join our team in Spain. If you want to kickstart your career in the tech/SaaS industry and learn how a global partnership ecosystem works, this is your place!
Forget making coffee or printing PDFs. As our Partner Trainee, you’ll sit in the driver’s seat of our expansion in Southern Europe. You’ll learn how a global SaaS company actually operates, solve real business challenges, and become the go-to contact for our partners.
If you want to fast-track your career in tech and see the direct impact of your work every single day, this is your launchpad.
🎯 What you’ll actually do (Your Impact):
-
Onboarding Support: Assist in the technical and operational onboarding of new partners (POS systems, delivery apps) in the Italian market.
-
Account Maintenance: Help monitor partner performance, troubleshoot basic integration issues, and ensure data accuracy in our systems.
-
Communication Link: Act as a day-to-day point of contact for Italian-speaking partners, answering queries and routing complex issues to the right internal teams.
-
Data & CRM Management: Keep our CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) and internal databases up to date with partner information, contracts, and interaction logs.
-
Market Insights: Help research and map the local restaurant-tech ecosystem in Italy to identify new partnership opportunities.
🔥 Who you are (Your Superpowers):
Fluent Italian Speaker: Native or bilingual fluency in Italian is non-negotiable. Strong professional English (and/or Spanish) is key, as we are a truly global team.
Tech-Curious: You don't need to write code! You just need a healthy curiosity about how modern software works and zero fear of learning new digital tools.
Fast Learner & Doer: You have a "get things done" attitude, strong organization skills, and love solving puzzles.
Background: Currently studying or recently graduated in Business, Hospitality, International Trade, IT, or a related field.
Passion for Tech & Food: A genuine interest in startups, food-tech, or the restaurant industry is a massive plus!
🎁 What’s in it for you?
- 💶 Competitive Financial Support: Paid internship with a monthly stipend to support you while you learn and grow with us.
-
📈 Real Career Rocket Fuel: We don't hire trainees just for temporary help. High performers regularly transition into full-time permanent roles as we scale.
-
🎓 1-on-1 Mentorship: Work alongside industry experts who actually care about your professional growth and will coach you daily.
-
🌍 Vibrant International Vibe: Join a diverse, fun, and highly energetic multicultural team in Spain.
