Partner Success Manager

Do you want to be a part of a one-of-a-kind deep technology team deploying truly helpful AI experiences to the masses? We are continuing on our ambitious mission and looking for a highly qualified Partner Success Manager to work closely with our core team.

Verneek is a one-of-a-kind deep technology team and AI-native company—we don't just "add AI" to old software; we build from the ground up to solve the hardest problems in retail. When our founders started Verneek four years ago, AI was still a niche academic bubble. Despite the tectonic shifts in the public AI landscape since then, our founding conviction remains the same: the best path forward for society is to build AIs with deep domain expertise. Today, our expert AI agents have helped millions of consumers through partnerships with some of the largest global enterprises, turning human language into a holistic interface for everyday environments. We have proven that our platform not only delights users but significantly increases revenue and decreases operational costs for our partners.

The Role: Partner Success Manager

As a Partner Success Manager, you will be the primary strategic partner for our retail clients, helping translate complex AI capabilities into clear business outcomes. You will guide enterprise retailers through the cultural and operational shift of adopting AI-native workflows, acting as a bridge between cutting-edge technology and real-world execution.

From day one, you will have an immediate impact on our mission by working closely with our founders to streamline strategic initiatives while overseeing project management and communication with our partners. This is a rare opportunity to learn first-hand how an executive team solves highly complex, interdisciplinary problems. Because Verneek is an early-stage startup, we move fast and learn constantly—there are no legacy obstacles in your way to making a significant impact every single day.

At Verneek, we are very determined to build a company that promotes diversity of thought that comes from the diversity of the individuals on the team! Candidates from any gender identity, race, color, religion, sexual orientation, national origin, veteran, or disability status are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact and "trusted advisor" for retail partner stakeholders. Deeply understand their unique business objectives and ensure our AI strategy aligns with their corporate vision. Oversee daily client operations in collaboration with executives.
• Accelerated Implementation: Support the integration of our AI platform into the client’s existing tech stack. Navigate retail partner landscapes to identify key stakeholders, proactively clearing operational roadblocks and coaching partner teams to ensure high adoption of new AI-driven workflows.
• Adoption & Optimization: Monitor AI model performance and user engagement metrics to proactively identify risks and expansion opportunities.  Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and operations.  Improve current processes and optimize organizational procedures for efficiency and productivity.
• Feedback Loop: Develop deep understanding of Verneek's product, and its evolving features. Gather meaningful feedback from the business owners and end users, helping to make Verneek's technology, product, and go-to-market motions more efficacious.
• Value Realization & Growth: Conduct regular business reviews that move beyond technical jargon. Translate complex algorithmic outputs into clear stories of ROI, margin improvement, and operational efficiency, paving the way for positive long-term partnerships and expansion.
• Strategic Business Development: Oversee a variety of strategic business development initiatives, from inception to successful execution, under the guidance of the executive team.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a Client Service Management, Account Management, Business Management, Consulting, or an Executive role (i.e. managing multiple teams and leading strategic initiatives), specifically within SaaS or Retail Tech.
• AI/Technical Literacy: You don’t need to write code, but you should be able to explain concepts like Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics, and Generative AI to a non-technical audience. You are also expected to have basic knowledge about the ever-growing space of AI and the broader technology landscape.
• "Retail Mindset": You understand that for a retailer, every second of downtime or every percentage point of margin matters.
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in finance or related fields
• Working knowledge of finance, book keeping, and contract and employment law
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management skills, with successful track record on interdisciplinary communications
• Work authorization in US

• Transportation Benefits
• 401K matching contributions
• Flexible PTO
• Visa/Green Card Sponsorship
• Career growth support through sponsoring learning opportunities and mentorship
