At Total Rentals, we’re more than just an equipment rental company, we’re a team of hard-working problem-solvers committed to keeping our customers moving. From construction sites to industrial operations, our crews deliver the gear, the service, and the know-how to get the job done right. We believe in taking care of our team the same way we take care of our customers: with reliability, respect, and pride in every interaction.
TRC is looking for a reliable part-time Non-CDL Driver to support weekend deliveries and jobsite needs. This role is a key part of keeping projects moving and customers supported. We’re looking for someone who can take on x2 10 hour shifts on Saturday and Sundays, who takes pride in their work, communicates well, and shows up ready to help.
Salary offers are typically made between the entry and midpoint of the range and are based on factors such as experience, education, and internal equity.
Background Check & Pre-Employment Screening
All offers of employment are contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screening. Background checks may include verification of employment history, education, criminal records, and references. For positions with access to company financial accounts or credit card programs, a credit history check may also be conducted.
All screening is conducted in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and applicable state and local laws. Candidates will be asked to provide written consent prior to any screening. If results include information that may affect a hiring decision, candidates will have the opportunity to review and respond to the findings before a final decision is made.
Total Rentals is an equal opportunity employer. Background check results are evaluated in context and do not automatically disqualify applicants.
Total Rentals’ Commitment: Equal Opportunity for All
At Total Rentals, we believe great service starts with great people. We’re committed to creating an inclusive, respectful workplace where every employee has the opportunity to contribute and grow. We do not discriminate based on race, color, national origin, religion, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, veteran status, or any other protected class.
Staffing Agency Policy
Please note: Total Rentals does not accept unsolicited resumes or outreach from staffing agencies. Our internal hiring team manages all recruitment, and no individual at Total Rentals is authorized to enter into third-party agreements without prior written approval
