Outside Sales (Design Consultant) | $150K+ First Year Potential

Location: Cranbrook, BC

About Renewal by Andersen

Renewal by Andersen is the full-service window and door replacement division of one of North America’s most recognized names in the industry. We provide homeowners with premium products, professional installation, strong warranties, and an exceptional start-to-finish customer experience.

As we continue to grow across British Columbia, we’re looking for a confident, motivated Sales Consultant to serve homeowners in Cranbrook and the surrounding Kootenay region.

Turn qualified appointments into serious earning potential. Renewal by Andersen is looking for confident, motivated sales professionals to join our BC Team.

This is a commission-only sales opportunity with uncapped earning potential, but unlike many commission roles, you’re not expected to build your pipeline from scratch. We invest heavily in generating qualified homeowner appointments through our call center, digital marketing, events, direct mail, television, and other channels. You focus on what you do best: building relationships, presenting solutions, and closing business.

Why Join Us?

• Pre-set, qualified homeowner appointments
• Uncapped commission earning potential
• First-year consultants commonly reach $150K+
• Top performers earn $250K–$600K
• Double commission on self-generated sales
• Monthly volume and self-generated lead bonuses
• 3 weeks of paid intensive sales training
• Ongoing coaching and development
• Established, nationally recognized brand
• Opportunity to grow into mentor and sales leadership roles

We believe in transparency around earning potential. During the interview process, candidates can learn more about actual team performance, expectations, and how our compensation structure works.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners throughout Crankbook and surrounding communities for scheduled in-home consultations
• Learn about each homeowner’s needs and recommend customized window and patio door solutions
• Present products, pricing, financing, and warranty options
• Guide homeowners through a consultative, relationship-focused sales process
• Build trust, confidently handle objections, and close sales
• Maintain customer information and follow-up activity in Salesforce
• Generate referrals and develop self-generated business
• Partner with our installation and operations teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience

What We’re Looking For

• A track record of success in commission-based, outside sales, in-home sales, automotive sales, real estate, or another performance-driven environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence presenting and closing face-to-face
• A competitive, self-motivated mindset
• Strong personal accountability and follow-through
• A willingness to learn, be coached, and continuously improve
• Availability to meet homeowners during evenings and weekends
• A valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation
• Comfort travelling between appointments throughout Cranbrook and the surrounding Kootenay communities

•

Is This the Right Opportunity for You? This role is best suited for someone who wants their earning potential tied directly to their performance. There is travel between appointments, and homeowner availability means evenings and weekends are part of the schedule.

If you’re looking for a traditional 9-to-5 salaried position, this likely won’t be the right fit.
If you’re energized by sales, competition, uncapped earnings, and the opportunity to turn qualified appointments into significant income, we’d like to hear from you. Apply today to learn more about the opportunity, compensation structure, and our sales team.

NEXT SALES TRAINING BOOTCAMP: November 16th to December 4th | LOCATION: Vancouver, BC
