Order Handling & Shipment Internship

Job Description

Find out how orders, purchasing and shipping fit together

What actually happens between the moment a customer places an order and the moment the parcel leaves the building? During this internship you find out, by doing it yourself.
You work alongside our Operations team in The Hague and pick up your own tasks from the start. You pack shipments for UPS and PostNL, process incoming goods in Sage, follow up open orders and help out in the purchasing process. When card and badge production needs extra hands, you step in there.
By the end of your internship you know how order processing, purchasing and shipping form a single chain, and what goes wrong when one link is off.

You work alongside the Operations team and switch between the warehouse, production, sales, purchasing and our carriers. Goods, information and paperwork pass through your hands, so accuracy matters.
You get a dedicated supervisor who shows you the ropes in Sage and in how we work, looks over your work and makes time for your school assignments. No two days are the same.
