ShipMonk isn't just a 3PL — we're the tech-powered growth partner for ecommerce brands, running 12+ owned fulfillment centers across the US, Canada, the UK, and Europe so our merchants can stress less and grow more.
Lead with Purpose. Continue Your Mission.
At ShipMonk, we know great leaders come from many backgrounds — and military service is one of them.
If you've supervised teams, led missions, maintained accountability for people or equipment, coordinated logistics, or made decisions in fast-moving environments, you've already developed many of the skills we're looking for in an Operations Supervisor.
Whether you're transitioning from active duty or looking for your next civilian leadership opportunity, ShipMonk offers a fast-paced environment where ownership, teamwork, accountability, and execution drive success.
Why military leaders thrive here
Military leaders know how to lead people, set expectations, maintain accountability, adapt when the plan changes, and execute against a mission.
Those same skills are essential in our fulfillment operations.

- Clear operational objectives and measurable KPIs

- An environment that values accountability and ownership
- Opportunities to continue growing as the company grows
We believe in developing our people and promoting from within whenever we can. Your experience gets you in the door; what you do with the opportunity can take you further.
What you'll do
- Lead, coach, mentor, and develop approximately 25–30 warehouse associates
- Set clear expectations and maintain accountability for safety, quality, productivity, and attendance
- Lead shift huddles and communicate daily priorities
- Monitor operational KPIs and adjust labor and workflows as conditions change
- Use operational data to identify root causes and improve performance
- Train and develop associates while identifying future frontline leaders
- Partner with teams across HR, Safety, Quality, Engineering, and Operations to solve problems
- Maintain inventory accuracy and equipment, sanitation, and safety standards
- Communicate clearly and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, eliminate waste, and strengthen execution
