ApplyOur mission is to uplift as many communities as possible. We do this through our app-based marketplace that connects healthcare professionals with the workplaces that need amazing workers. This enables hundreds of thousands of people to achieve financial stability for themselves and their families while providing essential care to millions of people across the U.S.
Founded in 2016, we are a remote-first team of over 1,000 people building a top Y-Combinator company and have been profitable since 2022. We’re the leader in Long-Term Care staffing and are rapidly expanding into Home Health, Hospitals, and more, meaning we have more work to do than people to do it, and are growing our team to support millions more people and their communities.
As an Onboarding Expert, you’ll be a key contributor to an excellent onboarding journey for new and reactivated workers on our app. You’ll guide them, cheer them on, solve blockers, and help them take their first step to making a difference.
Make ~60 targeted outbound calls per day to Clipboard app users.
Host ~5 pre-booked 15-minute onboarding consultations daily.
Send follow-up emails and texts to answer questions and support worker onboarding.
Respond to inbound messages and support tickets.
Keep clear documentation of all interactions.
Identify pain points and opportunities for improvement in the worker experience.
Be the go-to guide and trusted partner helping professionals feel confident, supported, and ready to work their first shift.
You enjoy talking to people, helping them succeed, solving challenges, and getting them excited about Clipboard.

You’re observant, recognize pain points and opportunities, and aren't afraid to step in and lead the charge on improvements.
Able to work weekdays in US Eastern Time.
Experience in inside sales, client onboarding, customer support, or healthcare recruiting is a plus - but not required. If you’re a quick learner with great communication skills, we want to hear from you.
Not cold calling - you’ll only speak with professionals who have accounts on the app.
Not technical support - you’ll guide workers but escalate deeper tech issues.
Not repetitive - every conversation is unique, and you’ll need to think on your feet.
